We are indebted to Mr. Jeremiah Sullivan and Mr. Richard Dolan for assistance in running the γγ scattering experiment and for checking the other measurements described here. Two of us (M.G-M. and M.L.G.) would like to express our appreciation of the hospitality extended to us by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a portion of this work was carried out. Supported in part by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research. |
