Abstract
The purpose of the present report is to supply cross-referenced index lists which will facilitate the location of earthquake records from particular earthquakes and sites. These lists and the accompanying maps will also serve as a complete description of the location of all stations. A secondary purpose of the report is to collect in one place various corrections, addenda, and supplementary information which should assist research workers in making use of the data.
