Abstract

In a recent series of experiments, π±p and K±p backward scattering and p(bar)p annihilations into π+π- and K+K- in the forward-backward direction have been measured. These data are compared assuming the dominance of a baryon-exchange amplitude and the validity of the crossing-symmetry relations.
