Abstract
The effective Kapitza resistance near Tλ, between 4II and a solid wall, is calculated employing general boundary conditions and the hydrodynamic Ψ theory of Ginzburg and Sobyanin. A comparison of the results to the experimental data is used to narrow the possible range of existing boundary conditions. Further experiments to clarify the situation are suggested.
