An atom probe field ion microscopy survey of several bulk metallic glasses including the zirconium-based glasses Zr₅₅Al₁₀Ni₅Cu₃₀, Zr_(46.25)Ti_(8.75)Cu_(7.5)Ni₁₀Be_(27.5), Zr_(41.2)Ti_(13.8)Cu_(12.5)Ni₁₀Be_(22.5), Zr₅₇Nb₅Al₁₀Cu_(15.4)Ni_(12.6), and Zr_(52.5)Ti₅Al₁₀Cu_(17.5)Ni_(14.6), together with two non-zirconium-based glasses Ti₃₄Zr₁₁Cu₄₇Ni₈, and Mg₆₅Cu₂₅Y₁₀ is presented. Non random distribution of solute was observed in all these glasses and crystalline regions were observed in the Ti₃₄Zr₁₁Cu₄₇Ni₈ and Zr₅₅Al₁₀Ni₅Cu₃₀ materials.
