Abstract
This lecture will discuss several new approaches to protein modification, including the use of non-canonical amino acids and the enzyme N-myristoyltransferase. Protein pegylation, surface conjugation, and reversible attachment to polymer gels, will be described. Applications in protein therapeutics, microarray technol., and high-throughput biochem. will be explored.
