Abstract

Buchwald and Hartwig Pd-coupling methods have been utilized for the multi-gram syntheses of quinoline-based bi- and tridentate monoanionic ligands. The formation of complexes using suitable late metal precursors and these ligands will be presented from a structural perspective. Additionally, the initial reaction chemistry of these complexes will be discussed.
