Abstract :

We give a mathematical model of the evolution of enzymes, the molecular structure of which is like metalloporphyrins or chlorophylls. We show, for this model, that even a small amount of these enzymes at the first stage is sufficient to increase and dominate the majority in a cell (like phenomena of gene fixation). For this purpose we use Kimura's equation, which has been explored for the study of evolution of genetics and has been known as a neutral theory of molecular evolution. Our model is a non-linear, non-equilibrium and non-closed (open to the external world) model.
