Abstract

The ^1J(^(13)C-^(119)Sn) spin-spin coupling constants for methyltin halides Me_nSnHal_(4-n) (n = 1–3; Hal = Cl, Br) in various solvents increase proportionally, but nonlinearly, with ^2J(^1H-^(119)Sn) for the same molecules in the same solvents.
