Additional Information: | This working paper includes copies of transparencies of a lecture given at the California Institute of Technology in June 1991. The lectures were a summary of a line of investigation that has taken place in the Soviet Union over the past several years. Hopefully the material is enough to provide an understanding of the ideas and results. The authors understand that the notes are not enough to go deeply into this new field and invite any contacts by those who want more material. The financial support of the Laboratory for Experimental Economics and Political Science at the California Institute of Technology is gratefully acknowledged. | ||||
