Flame Speed of a Low Pressure CS_2/O_2 Flame

Abstract
The flame speed for a low speed premixed CS_2/O_2 flame has been experimentally determined as a function of O_2/CS_2 ratio. The data, which are given in Fig. 1, were taken for lean flames at 1 kPa, under conditions which are similar to those found in flame lasers.
