Plasma Lead Values: Are They Accurate?

Abstract

The paper by Everson and Patterson on lead in plasma deserves comment. First of all, a total of two subjects examined seems to us too meager a series to derive sound conclusions. Furthermore, the authors give no information on the reliability of their method. Also taking into account that for isotope dilution/mass spectrometric analyses, accuracy is not critical, more details should be provided.
