Octet enhancement in the B and Δ supermultiplets

Abstract
The bootstrap theory of octet enhancement is described in general, and applied in particular to strong and electromagnetic mass splittings within the JP=1/2+ baryon octet and J=3/2+ decuplet. The results are in good agreement with experiment.
