Development of Arbitrary-Order Hermite Methods for Simulation and Analysis of Turbulent Jet Noise
Abstract
In this short note a brief description of Hermite methods is given. Previous and ongoing development of arbitrary order Hermite methods for the simulation of turbulent jets is also presented. In addition we outline how Hermite methods can be hybridized with discontinuous Galerkin methods to handle boundary conditions in a straightforward way.
