The velocity dispersion of the globular clusters in the Fornax dwarf galaxy

Abstract
Observations of the four brightest of the globular clusters in the Fornax dwarf spheroidal galaxy yield radial velocities whose accuracy is ±10 km s^(-1). The observed velocity dispersion for the Fornax galaxy from this sample is too small to be detected (σ = 6 km s^(-1)). Thus, at the 95% confidence level, M/L_v is less than 8.
